Age and Eligibility Requirements

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Bonuses and Promotions

cd44 offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

5.1 Bonus Example

For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. The funds earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after completing 20 times the bonus amount in wagering, i.e. ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Important Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be received by each member only once.
• Bonus funds are not provided as direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, priority will be determined according to cd44's policy.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• cd44 announces the terms of special promotional offers separately; those offers apply for a specific period.

Betting and Gaming Rules

cd44 has various gaming categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which can be viewed in detail within that game's interface.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, cd44 will review the game logs before making a decision.
• If an RNG (Random Number Generator) or game engine fault is detected in any game, the result of that round may be voided.
• Placing a bet is not possible without sufficient balance in the account.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

7.1 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss figure, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, a cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 will apply.

7.2 General VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback is generally credited to the account after a set time each week.
• Cashback funds may be subject to separate wagering requirements.
• A member's VIP tier may change due to inactivity.
• cd44 reserves the right to change the benefits or terms of the VIP programme at any time.

Account Suspension and Closure

cd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If a false identity or forged documents are used.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If an account belonging to a minor is identified.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Balance on Closed Accounts

When an account is closed by cd44, any remaining balance will be determined based on the nature of the terms violation. In cases of bonus-related violations, the bonus balance may be forfeited; however, the portion representing the member's own deposit may be returned subject to applicable conditions.
